Where Is Your Hotel Located?

Our hotel is conveniently located on 33 West 55th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenue)  a 5-minute walk away from Central Park and a block from the best Manhattan has to offer in 5th Avenue shopping.

How Do I Get To The Hotel?

Our hotel is centrally located and easy to find no matter how you are arriving.  Directions can be found here along with transportation suggestions. You can also call us directly at (212) 247-6700 and one of our front desk agents will be more than happy to assist you if you have any additional questions.

What Are The Hotel Check-in And Check-out Times?

Our guaranteed check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. We offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests, before check-in and/or after check-out only for a 24-hour period.

Do You Offer Early Check-in?

Early check-in is subject to availability and may be subject to a $50 USD fee plus tax. Please contact our front desk for additional information.  

What Hours Is The Front Desk Open?

Our front desk is open 24-hours a day for the convenience and needs of our guests.

Are You Pet Friendly?

​Yes! We are a pet friendly hotel; there is a $75 non-refundable deposit for cleaning fees per pet per night. However, with proof, we allow service animals free of charge.

What Is The Minimum Age Requirement For Guests Checking In To The Hotel?

​The minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age, with a valid state/government issued identification along with a valid debit or credit card for the guest.

Do You Offer Valet Parking For Guests?

We do not have valet as the garage no longer provides this service. SP+ Affiliation self-parking is discounted.

Why Is There A Deposit Of $50.00 USD Per Night Upon Check-in?

Upon checking in, the Hotel will need a valid debit or credit card to hold as a deposit of $50.00 per night for any incidental charges. This is a hold on the debit or credit card and not an actual charge – upon check-out, the hold will be automatically released if there are no additional charges. For U.S. Domestic cards, holds will be released within 7 - 14 business days (dependent on your financial institution). For International cards, holds will be released within 14 - 30 business days (dependent on your financial institution).

Can I Arrange For Extra Amenities Such As Floral Arrangements, Chocolates, Gift Baskets, And Champagne To Be Delivered To The Room For Special Occasions?

Do You Offer Rollaway Beds Or Cribs?

​Rollaway beds are available for an additional cost of $25 USD plus taxes per night. They are subject to availability. Cribs are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.

Does The Shoreham Hotel Offer Breakfast?

Can I Purchase Bus Tickets, Broadway Show Tickets, And Tour Passes At The Hotel?

Do You Accept Packages At The Hotel For Guests?

​We will accept packages at the hotel. There is a $5.00 per day holding fee for each package that arrives before the guest's reservation date. If a guest is checked in and a package arrives, there is no fee. It is the guest's responsibility to collect packages received throughout their stay.

Is Wifi Provided In Your Hotel?

Of course! WIFI is complimentary in all guest rooms and in the lobby. You can connect up to 3 devices at a time. A passcode is required so please inquire with the front desk if you are a guest.

Is There A Fitness Center Or Gym?
