Our hotel is conveniently located on 33 West 55th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenue) a 5-minute walk away from Central Park and a block from the best Manhattan has to offer in 5th Avenue shopping.
How do I get to the hotel?
Our hotel is centrally located and easy to find no matter how you are arriving. Directions can be found here along with transportation suggestions. What are your check-in and check-out times for the hotel?
Our guaranteed check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. We offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests, before check-in and/ or after check-out only for a 24-hour period.
Do you offer early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability and may be subject to a $99 USD fee. Please contact our front desk for additional information.
Why is there a deposit of $50.00 USD per night upon check-in?
Upon checking in, the Hotel will need a valid debit or credit card to hold as a deposit of $50.00 per night for any incidental charges. This is a hold on the debit or credit card and not an actual charge – upon check-out, the hold will be automatically released if there are no additional charges. For U.S. Domestic cards, holds will be released within 7 - 14 business days (dependent on your financial institution). For International cards, holds will be released within 14 - 30 business days (dependent on your financial institution).
What is the minimum age requirement for guests checking in to the hotel?
The minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age, with a valid state/government issued identification along with a valid debit or credit card for the guest.
What hours is the Front Desk Open?
Our front desk is open 24-hours a day for the convenience and needs of our guests.
Is Wi-Fi provided in your hotel?
Of course! The charge for Wi-Fi in our rooms is $14.95 USD per 24-hours and you can connect up to 3 devices at a time. However, in our lobby and lounge area the Wi-Fi is free of charge with no password required.
Can I purchase bus tickets, Broadway show tickets, and tour passes at the hotel?

Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We are a pet friendly hotel; there is a $75 non-refundable deposit for cleaning fees per pet. However, with proof, we allow service animals free of charge.
Do you offer valet parking for guests?
We do; the valet parking cost ranges from $45 USD - $55 USD depending on the size of the vehicle. The cost covers a 24-hr parking with no in and out privileges (with affiliated parking garage).
Do you accept packages at the hotel for guests?
We will accept a maximum of 3 small packages for no additional charge, no more than three (3) days before arrival. Any additional packages will incur a storage fee per day until your arrival. To inquire about fee please contact us.
Do you offer rollaway beds or cribs?
Rollaway beds are available for an additional cost of $25 USD plus taxes per night. They are subject to availability. Cribs are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
Can I arrange for extra amenities such as floral arrangements, chocolates, gift baskets, and champagne to be delivered to the room for special occasions?

Does the Shoreham Hotel offer breakfast?
The Shoreham Hotel has a trendy on-site restaurant and bar that is open from 6:30am – 11:00am for breakfast. The restaurant is also open for dinner from 5:00pm – 11:00pm every day. For your convenience breakfast and dinner charges may be charged to your room.
Is there a business center available or somewhere I can print something out?
We have a business center, open 24-hours, with complimentary computer and print stations.
Is there a fitness center or gym?
Yes, we have a fitness center that is open every day of the week, 24-hours a day for our guests to use.
